Access Statement

San Remo Holiday Apartments are in a ground and first floor detached building with its own private garden. We have four Ground Floor apartments and a bungalow with disabled access. There is no lift to the first floor. Flats 1,3,4 on ground floor are accessed via a standard carpeted hallway from the main door. Flat 9 has its own entrance off the rear car park. Flats 5,6, 7 & 8 on the first floor are accessed via a carpeted household staircase, off the main hallway from the main door.

We offer free off road parking in our three on-site car parking areas. The parking area to the front left hand side of the building is the driveway for the bungalow and a parking space for flat 1 and close to main entrance door and best suited to guests holding blue badges, a second parking area is located to the right of the front door outside the bay window of flat 4. Our third car park is at the rear of the building and access is gained by walking approx 100 yards from the front door to the rear of the building. Flat 8 & 9 have their own designated parking bays and flat 9 has its entrance from the rear car park up 3 steps. There are no street parking restrictions outside front of building. Assistance with luggage is offered to all guests.

All areas of the hall and landing are brightly lit and have emergency lighting. All numbers on doors to the flats are raised for ease of identification.

Flats 1,3 & 4 on ground floor are accessed off the hallway. Flat 1 and 4 being the more spacious with double beds, and enjoy views from the bay windows to the sea front, they are open plan living with own private shower room. Flat 3 faces onto and has access to the back lawned garden it also offers separate open plan kitchen and own private shower room.

Flats 5,6,7 & 8 are accessed via the staircase. Flat 5 has an open plan kitchen and lounge with a fold away double bed, separate bedroom and own private shower room. Flat 6 has an open plan kitchen and lounge with a double bed and double fold away bed and own private shower room. Flat 7 is a compact room with a double bed and separate kitchen and shower room. Flat 8 has an open plan kitchen and lounge with a bed settee, bedroom with 2 single beds, double bedroom and a bathroom with separate bath and shower.

Flat 9 has an open plan kitchen and lounge with a bed settee, bedroom with bunk beds and single bed, bathroom with a bath, double bedroom with an on suite.

The bungalow has an open plan kitchen with dish washer and lounge with a bed settee. A bedroom with bunk beds and single bed, double bedroom with an additional single bed, bathroom with separate bath and shower.

All flats have remote controlled televisions with freeview. All flats have smoke alarms.

Well behaved dogs are welcome with prior arrangement with the management at no additional charge.

We operate a strictly No-Smoking policy in the whole building. There is however, outside the front of the building an un-sheltered patio area with seating and a wall mounted cigarette bin for all guests use. Cigarette bins can also be found out side the bungalow and flat 9
