Terms & Conditions of booking

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival if paying by our online debit/credit card payment facility, or in cash on arrival. (Please note cheques are not accepted for balances paid on arrival).

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Should for any reason you need to cancel your booking, we require 7 days notice, failure to give sufficient notice or no notice will result in the final balance being charged. If booking a holiday within 7 days of arrival date, then the full amount is payable upon booking. We recommend you take out holiday insurance.

*For payments by credit card an admin charge of 3% is payable. Payments by Debit card attract a 0.75p admin charge.

Apartments are available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

Guests undertake to be responsible for all damages or breakages during their stay.

Cars and their contents are left entirely at owners own risk. This includes any loss or damage to belongins or property however caused.

Visitors to guests flats are strictly not permitted.

We do not allow pets at San Remo Apartments.

Our aim is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Should there be any comments, or requests please discuss them with us.
